This project was completed for my User Research Methods class. As a group of 4, we completed 2 client projects for Pekin Insurance.
As a group of 4, we focused on creating a paperless billing experience and designing a new customer portal.
We conducted user interviews, remote usability testing, and designed prototypes.

Pekin Insurance was looking for ideas to update their paperless billing experience to influence their customers to utilize paperless billing instead of receiving billing statements through the mail.
The second part of the project involved creating a customer portal to go along with the paperless billing feature. We also iterated upon our initial designs.
