Internal employees created a Sharepoint to allow other employees to explore relevant training and look for answers to questions that may arise. The Sharepoint encompasses items that seasoned employees would normally have to teach newer employees. I was tasked to perform a heuristic UX review and facilitate 5 user interviews for the site. At the end of the project, I presented my findings and suggestions to the business partners.
